Partnership Values

We believe that it takes a community of trusted and connected relationships to raise a child and it is only when a child has this community of care around them that they have they can grow and develop into their best self whatever their needs.

North Ashfield Partnership aims to support the children, schools, parents, and the professionals we work alongside to develop a child’s community of support by:

  • Exploring, understanding and celebrating the child’s strengths.
  • Being curious about behaviour as a form of communication.
  • Working with parents and professionals to understand and explore a child’s emotional resilience and development.
  • Encourage and support parents and school to work closely together.
